1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Raspond, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Raspond on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Raspond provides an AI-powered platform for managing RFP responses, including document analysis, collaborative editing, workflow management, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Raspond. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We will never use your content to train our AI models without explicit consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Raspond for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to resell the service without authorization, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Free trial users are not charged until they select a paid plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
Raspond is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
