Our Commitment
Raspond is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Our development team actively tests with screen readers, keyboard navigation, and color contrast tools. We use semantic HTML, proper ARIA labels, and follow accessibility best practices.
Features
Our accessibility features include full keyboard navigation support, screen reader compatibility with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the interface, resizable text without loss of functionality, clear focus indicators for interactive elements, and alternative text for all meaningful images.
Ongoing Efforts
We conduct regular accessibility audits, train our development team on accessibility best practices, include accessibility requirements in our design process, and welcome feedback from users with disabilities.
Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers on Raspond, please contact us at accessibility@raspond.com. We take all feedback seriously and will work to address any issues promptly.
